Terms of Service

Please review the commission notes below. For current terms and requests, visit my VGen profile.

General

Do not claim my work as your own.
Please provide all required assets before the project starts (audio, artwork, logo, lyrics, references, etc.).
Clear references are appreciated so I can match your vision.
Default output is 1920×1080 at 24–30 FPS unless discussed otherwise.
Please credit "zaadesuu" when posting the final work.
I reserve the right to decline any commission.

Payment

Payment is made in full in advance, or 50% down payment before the project starts.
No refunds once the project has started.

03

Revisions

Minor revisions are included.
Major changes to the concept or structure may require extra charges.
Please send feedback clearly, preferably in one message.

Delivery

Delivery time depends on project complexity and the current queue.
Rush orders may require additional fees.
Delayed communication or missing assets may affect the schedule.
Final delivery is provided in .MP4 format unless discussed otherwise.

Intellectual Property Rights

Please ensure you have permission to use all assets you provide.
I am not responsible for copyright issues related to client-provided materials.
Completed works may be displayed in my portfolio unless discussed otherwise.
